Nike inspired edit to this photo I took a couple months ago.
Since I FINALLY have time to cook, which I have been waiting a long long time to be able to do, I made a Thai Curried Chicken Soup from scratch. It was AMAZINGGGG! I love thai food, maybe more than other genres of food, and I also love curry so this soup was a dream. I used the recipe from the Williams-Sonoma Soups book (thanks Beth!).
It was pretty easy to make and I got to use a soup pot that my grandpa bought me a while ago, and I know he will be reading this, so thank you Grandpa!! Next time I am home I will make this soup for the whole family!

Yeah, this girl is GORGEOUS! And has been one of my close friends since we’ve been living next to each other almost 10 years ago. She is a cheerleader for Oregon State University and an aspiring athletic (hopefully NIKE!) model. Gotta love these photos!

I LOVED this photoshoot and this little girl was so sweet and adorable! My friend (her babysitter) had me take these photos to give as a gift to the kiddo’s parents for Hanukkah. So sweet!
